Just Horse'n Around Farm's guest house is located in Shelbyville, TN,
the Walking Horse Capital of the World and home to the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration.
Not only is the surrounding area beautiful, our guest house is located in a secluded area that is conveniently
located in close proximity to many of the horse barns and horse show locales in the area.
The house has a living area, full-service kitchen, two bathrooms/three bedrooms and sleeps 8 people:
one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a full-size bed with a twin trundle.
There are also two horse stalls available on the property and 6 additional stalls available at our adjoining property.

RATES AND POLICIES
- $200 per night with $200 deposit required at time of reservation
- $400 deposit required for Celebration booking (10-day minimum stay)
- Deposit will be forfeited for no-shows (refund of deposit requires 14-day notice/30-day notice for Walking Horse and Mule Celebrations)
- Fully furnished house includes refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, charcoal/barbecue grill, TV, washer/dryer, sheets and towels
- Payment in full due at least 24 hours before Check-In
